I'm sick of trying to stay on Phase 1 of this diet and not having fruits or any juice for a month. I'm transfering to Phase 2, but I lost the paper work that says what Phase 2 allows. Time to do some paper management, yep.
Maybe some Internet investigating will get me the meal plans I need.
Still at 145. Haven't lost anything since I've been slipping, but also haven't gained any back, either. I guess my body is behind on it's paperwork also. That 1/2 a can of Danish Butter cookies hasn't registered yet.
