MENU:
BREAKFAST: 3 over hard eggs, Water, Vitamins
SNACK: Cellery with Peanut butter
LUNCH: 2 Mc Donalds hamburger patties, diet coke
DINNER: Black bean chili with lean steak, tomatoes with seasonings, and brocolli, Ice Water.
DESSERT:That bite of tortilla wrap I took without realizing it. *grrrr*
Evening Weight: 153 (yah, okay, it WASNT that water....)
