MENU:
BREAKFAST: omelette with 1 tbls chopped tomato, 1tbls bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, 3 mushrooms, 1/4 cp broccoli , diet pop
LUNCH: oops. we were out and busy
DINNER: 1 large steak, ice tea with artificial sweetener
DESSERT:1/2 a low carb bar (wow, that filling...)
Evening Weight: 150
