MENU:
BREAKFAST:
3 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, cheese, 1/4 cup broccoli chopped, water, vitamins
LUNCH:
lean steak strips with cheese, water
DINNER:
turkey hot dog, diet pop
DESSERT:
1 slice of homemade breads (oops!)
Evening Weight: 151
