MENU:
BREAKFAST: 1 over hard eggs, diet Walmart pop
LUNCH: Low carb bar (only 2 carbs!)
DINNER: 3 peices of turkey bacon, 1 strip of steak, water
DESSERT:Sugar free low fat Jello pudding! YUM!

Evening Weight: 151
As I said, consistantcy counts. *grin*
